Be sure to include all details, attachments, dates, times and your ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER so that we can communicate with you directly if necessary.

General communications intended for Board members should be addressed in the subject line indicate that you wish to have the message forwarded to the Board member by title.

Example:  Subject:  Please forward to Treasurer, President, ACC Committee,  etc.

If you have confidential correspondence for a specific board member or committee, do so in writing, and drop your letter at the office, or at the guard house.

Note:  Pursuant to Florida Law, EMAIL is public record.  If you do not want your correspondence to become public record, do not send email.
