Payments & Dues

Dues payments are due on or before the 26th, of the preceding month. For example, your June payment is due by May 26th. Late charges of $25.00 will be charged to your account if the payment is not received by close of business on the 1st. Include your account number on all checks, please send coupons with checks. Thank you.

For your convenience, any correspondence, payments or ACC documents may be given to the security officer at the main entrance guard station, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Payments

The following are several options to pay your assessments:

  1. Mail payments to either of the two addresses above.
  2. Bring payment to the management (clubhouse) office during office hours.
  3. Leave the payment with the security officer at the guardhouse after hours.
  4. Set up ACH (automatic deductions). Contact the management office for instructions. You will need to have a zero balance on your account to be eligible to sign-up for this service.
  5. Pay online. Go to https://www.miamimanagement.com/. You will need to setup an account. To do so, click the signup button, on the bottom right. There is $5 fee for this service.
